These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REW website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract and operate inventory that complies with applicable advertising platform policies, including Google Publisher Policies.

2. Services

REW provides ad monetization services including demand access, header bidding, optimization, reporting, and related ad operations support. The scope of services is defined in your agreement with us.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliant traffic free of invalid or fraudulent activity.
  • Adhere to all applicable platform and content policies.
  • Provide accurate account and payment information.

4. Revenue & Payments

Revenue share, payment schedules, and thresholds are set out in your agreement. Payments may be withheld or adjusted where invalid traffic or policy violations are detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, software, and content provided by REW remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of the services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the services as described in the applicable agreement. We may suspend services immediately for policy or security reasons.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
